ART MODEL • ART-PRENUER
About Me
I've always seen my lifestyle as a little off the beaten path, literally and figuratively—I mean, not everyone’s a traveling art model, right?
My whole journey began in the cultural mecca of the Bay Area, where I also discovered the embodiment arts. My affinity has been my compass, guiding me from the eccentric world of circus arts to my life as a world-traveling model. My acrobatics training deeply informed how I move through the world, creating a pendulum of disciplined technique and a free-spirited creativity that constantly undulates within me.

I always loved performing, but I never found a career in the arts all that practical, so I tried pursuing more conventional, aka normal, career options. My stint as a preschool teacher never displayed much promise (plus, kids are gross!). Over time, I realized that freelancing suits me better—I love connecting with others in more intimate spaces. Here we have the unique opportunity to contribute aspects of our own lives into a co-created experience. Art modeling allowed me to merge self-expression with my love for movement and independence, giving me a way to use my body as my canvas and build a sustainable life around it.
Growing up in an urban setting, I was not exposed to the wonders of nature until I was booked for my first adventure art nude photo tour. That experience of Utah, surrounded by its majestic and geological tapestry, was transformative, unlocking my dormant, deep resonance for nature, changing the course of my art nude model trajectory forever. Posing outdoors brings a boundless freedom to my work, where my expressive, controlled style blends with the raw beauty of natural settings.

When I am not traversing newer natural destinations or unglamorously typing away at my laptop completing admin work, I am soaring through the air across the dance floor through my Contact Improv practice. As a board member at The 418 Project, a movement arts center in Santa Cruz, I owe so much of my creative path to this community. Without The 418 Project, there would be no Contact Improv—and without Contact Improv, there would be no Vivian Cove.

If there is anything I have learned in this industry, it's that everyone has a unique story. I hope to get to know you, what brought you here, and where we can go together.
